A new collection from these Buenos Aires punk vets that compiles thirteen tracks across their almost two-and-a-half-decade deep catalog. These tracks are melodic and catchy, with a palpable playfulness to them that makes it feel like settling into a sugary-cereal-fueled Saturday morning cartoon marathon. Purists will always have something to say about “best of” compilations, but if they serve as gateways to finding your new favorite band, then they’re doing their job. Even as a compilation, the sequencing of the tracks feels deliberate, creating some nice dynamism throughout—“Me Kedo Conmigo” is a great change of pace the listener might not even know was needed ‘til it hits, and then the fun ramps right back up with the ensuing “Tal Vez.” A sunny collection that deserves the windows down, volume up treatment.
