Willful Disobedience Self Checkout EP
Hardcore punk from our friends all the way out in the Atlantic time zone. Sloppy and fun—your standard lo-fi, local band affair. There are a couple groovy parts thrown in to break up some of the monotony, which gives the slab a nice ebb and flow. Two of the members share vocal duties (I think), but the one who dominates most of the record is my favorite. They’ve got this scrappy, wiry voice that would be right at home in the hills of Appalachia. This is a fun little 7” and well worth checking out.
