Like CRUELSTER but not as cruel. Like PERVERTS AGAIN but sadly less perverted. I don’t know if they share DNA or if it’s the same band and I don’t really care. In fact, I wasn’t even going to mention those other bands, but if you’re a fan and you’ve missed this, get it now. If you’re not familiar, this gang is banging out some of the best punk this side of the Mason-Dixon, and you’d better listen up. If you take your garage punk sardonic and delivered to you via marching orders, this is for you. Every time I listen, I pick out a phrase or lyric that I didn’t hear before, and it either makes me laugh, do a deep dive on Eastern European economic policies, or both. There aren’t a lot of records that make me want to learn about economics while at the same time making me shake and beat my steering wheel like a goddamn lunatic, and this one does it. Totally Punk!
