Dimension Fight Another Day EP

At a glance, the freaky cyber artwork of DIMENSION’s Fight Another Day may be misleading. There is no techno or EDM to be found here, just six tracks of pummeling ’80s-style USHC that are generally very fast, occasionally slightly slower, and always totally ripping. KORO and NEGATIVE APPROACH are some sources of inspiration, evident in the breakneck riffs and brutal stomping; this shit is begging to be two-stepped to. Every song is a standout, highly recommended.

Dimension Dimension demo cassette

DIMENSION encapsulates hardcore punk in its purest essence: a raucous, frantic, frenzy propelled by punk guitars, saturated with power chord lashes, pulsing distortion, thunderous percussion, and gritty vocals. Every song has its own hardcore dimension, and they sound like old-fashioned USHC tunes, leaving you wanting more. The demo’s closer “N.G.R.I.” gets stuck to the back of your brain like glue. Not guilty! Hardcore will never die!
