Jet Hag Sounds From the Gutter LP
Creepy-crawly, overblown garage punk with killer triple off-kilter harmony vocals, written and delivered with maximum bad attitudes! “White Noise” stands out for its righteous and nasty vocal performance juxtaposed against a wall of fuzzed-out guitar and bass. “Put Out (Or Drive Me Home)” shows a slightly more playful but still menacing side, with lyrics like “Give me dick, dick, dick / Until I’m sick, sick, sick.” They sound like EXCUSE 17 or SLEATER-KINNEY combined with the COATHANGERS, and I’m into it. Good shit.
