KAOSQUAD out of Czechia returns with a full-length entitled Absolute Imbalance, and if you’re in the mood for grindcore, this is for you. Elements of stenchcore, death and black metal, and D-beat are embedded in the KAOSQUAD sound, as chugging riffs transfigure into searing runs, and vocals range from classic pig snort to banshee-on-the-moors to deliver brutal verbal attacks. Thick, primal rhythms undergird the whole ensemble and present in powerful, stompy beats and lightning-fast blasts.
