No Time Comply or Die EP

One of my records of last year for sure; I’ve been so grateful for this NO TIME remontada. Having spent years wishing for a follow-up  to their blistering debut, they’ve become a lot more active, ploughing their particularly furious furrow of groovy boot-boy stompers. Railing at all the right targets—coppers, ICE, fascists (general)—it’s the perfect record to get angry to. Fans of the CHISEL and MESS will not be disappointed.

No Time You’ll Get Yours LP reissue

Hot on the heels of a most unexpected remontada after a 2018 hiatus with a second album that was easily one of the best of 2023, here’s a reissue of the 2016 debut from these Pittsburgh rockers, and a timely reminder of what an absolute belter of a record it is. An intoxicating mix of 86 MENTALITY-style Oi!-flavoured hardcore, AC/DC-style guitar peacocking, and TEMPLARS-style pitbull vocals. Fans of PRESSURE PACT would find a lot to enjoy here. Indispensable.

No Time Suffer No Fool 12″

Felt like a kid at bloody Christmas when I saw this one fall through the metaphorical letterbox, as I basically played their last release with such frequency and at such volume that it was like I was conducting siege warfare against my own head. For the ill-educated or the ignorant, Pittsburgh’s very own NO TIME has returned from their hiatus with a 12” filled with belters. From the opening mid-tempo stomp of the intro, immediately into the thunderous bass of “Never Wrong,” it’s a hot, steaming slice of bootboy rock’n’frigging roll. Music to kick in a bus stop window to.
