Rozpor Ilegálna Spravodlivosť LP
Originally a CD-R released in 2002. This is political punk/Oi!/hardcore from Bratislava, Slovakia, budding with exactly what you’d want from a band that’s been causing an aural commotion for over twenty years. I gotta admit that I have no idea what they are saying, so when I’m on a walk and singing along, I hope my echolalia is accurate enough that ROZPOR wouldn’t be embarrassed that I’m a fan, and not so inaccurate that a passerby that who speaks Slovak doesn’t think I’m singing something wildly off-base. I need to mention that within the weight of music and vocal tone, ROZPOR doesn’t miss an opportunity to randomly sneak in surprises that subtly underscore their sense of humor and humility. I was completely consumed by this LP, and I think you might be, too.
